These coasters have been handmade by our volunteer Dean from kitchen tiles.

They are set in cement and have been sealed with a poxy. The back in paint in French Grey.

Each coaster will be slightly different as they are one of a kinds.

RETURNS POLICY

Goods purchased from Changing Lives Charity will only be refunded if found faulty, mis-described or not fit for purpose.

Electrical items can be returned for a refund within 30 days if found to be faulty. Proof of purchase will be required for any item that is returned.

If a customer changes their mind about a purchase, or the item does not fit, Changing Lives Charity is under no legal obligation to provide a refund. Depending on circumstances, it might be appropriate to offer a credit note to the value of the goods (delivery charges are non-refundable). This is always at the discretion of the Manager, and is an act of good will. This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
