RETURNS POLICY
Goods purchased from Changing Lives Charity will only be refunded if found faulty, mis-described, or not fit for purpose.
Electrical items can be returned for a refund within 30 days if found to be faulty. Proof of purchase will be required for any item that is returned.
If a customer changes their mind about a purchase, or the item does not fit, on the day of delivery or collection. Changing Lives Charity is under no legal obligation to provide a refund. Depending on the circumstances, it might be appropriate to offer a credit note for the value of the goods (delivery charges are non-refundable). This is always at the discretion of the Manager and is an act of goodwill.
