New Headteacher at Knights Templar First School

On 22nd October, Frances Burns (seen pictured here alongside Pauline Dodds, School Improvement Adviser) was officially welcomed as the new Headteacher of Knights Templar Anglican/Methodist First School. The service was held at Watchet Methodist Church, with clergy from both churches involved. Francis was formally presented with the keys to the school and with a book of prayers for use in Collective Worship. Every class had worked really hard on their contributions of art, music and drama, to make it a memorable event and an affirmation of Frances’ calling to lead Knights Templar School.

The Bishop presented a commemorative coin to all staff, governors and parents. Congratulations Enmore!
